ISCFC Annual Membership Drive: 
Monday, June 16 - Monday, June 23, 2008

Yes, it's membership time again!  Our annual drive will be held from Monday, June 16, through Monday, June 23, 2008.  You will receive a $5 discount for turning in the packet on or before Monday, June 23, 2008!  Below you will find the membership packet, and below are some simple instructions for completing your packet:

Pages 1 - 8:  Please download the entire packet, read thoroughly, and SIGN ALL AREAS where needed.  All of these pages will need to be submitted, along with payment, to process your application in a timely manner.

Pages 9 & 10:  Membership information and Volunteer areas for ISCFC - please download these pages and keep at home for your information only--after filling out pages 1 - 8.  They provide valuable information regarding types of membership available and what areas you can help with in completing volunteer hours for the new year.

An ISCFC Board member will be in the Blue Rink Lobby to answer questions you may have regarding the membership packet.  Please feel free to ask about anything you're not familiar with or other questions you have regarding the club.  We're there to help you!

Saturday, June 21	10:15 am - 12:00 pm
Monday, June 23	7:30 am - 12:30 am  **last day to receive $5 discount!!**

Feel free to bring your completed application to the Lobby during any of these times!  Any other time during this week, please place the application in a folder located in the Green Rink Lobby, first filing cabinet by the coaches' room, top drawer in the folder labeled "Membership Applications".
